For the basic nutrition goal of eating better consistently, we tackle the behavioral aspects of nutrition including goal setting, habit formation and problem solving through use of our app and one weekly half hour check in.
For the more specific goals like weight loss, weight gain, hypertrophy, etc. we develop a personalized nutrition plan. Included but not limited to: macro/calorie setting and tracking, recipes, meal planning and prepping (we don't do this for you, but will teach you how).
