Programming is the written plan of attack! For this option, we define your goals and your plan together, then you execute the plan on your own time with your own equipment. We check in on your progress regularly and make adjustments as you feel necessary. This option is often best suited for those with more experience as the execution of all workouts are unsupervised - but experience is not a limiting factor. As long as you've got the follow through on your end, you'll see the results!
